La cerveza Guinness es la más preciada porque su sabor esconde muchos secretos. Esta cerveza, de color marrón oscuro, está realizada con cebada tostada que se mantiene sin fermentar, siendo esto lo que le da un sabor especial y lo que la ha convertido en uno de los símbolos de la isla.
De la cerveza a la patataLa Guinness está formada por agua, cebada, malta, lúpulo y levadura de cervecero. Encontrar este tipo de cerveza en nuestro país no es fácil debido a que no la venden en cualquier bar, pero tampoco es una tarea imposible, pues la podemos encontrar en determinados supermercados y, sobre todo, en auténticas tabernas irlandesas.
